Directions to Braefield House self-catering holiday accommodation, Portpatrick

Portpatrick lies six miles south-west of Stranraer.

From England, travel west along the A75 from the border at Gretna heading for Stranraer. Turn off the A75 onto the B7084 just before the Challoch railway bridge at Dunragit. This road is signposted to Portpatrick. At the Sandhead / Drummore road junction, head along the B7077. When you reach a T-junction with the A716, turn right, then left shortly afterwards and continue along the B7077 which becomes the A77 half a mile further on at Lochans. Travel along the A77 which brings you into the village of Portpatrick.

From Ayrshire and the Central Belt, take the M77 / A77 to Ayr and continue on the A77 all the way to Portpatrick via Stranraer.
